To say that our Salami Campesino is celebrating its golden anniversary, that our company has gone from Cima Meat Products Inc. to Cibao Meat Products Inc., that we’ve come from a small rented local in Washington Heights to owning a bigger building in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx.

As we enter 2018, with the start of a new phase, not only are our children being incorporated more and more into the company, but we have also grown in a way that we can now say that you will see Cibao Meat Products for many more years in this new plant.
