Induveca with Lime

- Ingredients -

- Preperation -

  • 3 Limes
1. Boil a liter of water. 
  • 1 package of pre-cooked mashed Potatoes

2. When boiling, place ½ Salami Induveca without removing the label. 

  • 2 tbs Butter (microwaved for 3 min)
3. Then squeeze the limes over the salami. 
  • 1 cup of Milk
4. Boil for 3 minutes. 
  • ½ Salami Induveca
5. While the salami is boiling, take the pre-cooked mashed potatoes, mix it with a glass of milk and butter then stir. 
 
  6. Remove Induveca Salami from pot, remove the label and cut into pieces. 
  7. Serve on a plate next to the mashed potatoes.
