  • 3 eggs
1. Cut the Salami Sosua slices 
  • ½ cup of flour
2. Beat the eggs in a bowl and mix with little salt 
  • ½ liter of milk
3. Add milk and flour gradually. (move constantly)
  • 1 tbs of salt
4. Dip each piece of salami in the batter. (cover completely)
  • 1 cup of oil
5. Fry in a hot pan with enough oil until it has reached a nice bronze color.
  • 2 plantains
6. Ready to serve.
