Tasty Cibao Pasta with Toasted Bread

  • Several tortillas chips
1. Cut the onions, red peppers, green peppers, cilantro and the Salami del Pueblo into squares.
  • 1 red peppers
2. Fill the food processor with the green pepper, onion and garlic. (blend well, milled)
  • 1 green peppers
3. Grind the Salami del Pueblo. 
  • 1 clove of garlic
4. In a hot pan fry the ground salami with olive oil. 
  • ½ onion
5. Add the vegetables previously milled, the corn raisins and pepper
  • 1 lemon
6. Cook until slightly dry. 
  • Cilantro
7. Let mixture cool for several minutes
  • 2 tbs of olive oil
8. Once cooled add the lemon juice, cilantro, mustard, ketchup and mayonnaise. (mix well)
  • ½ cup of corn
9. Once mixed add the Parmesan Cheese mix again.
  • ½ cup of Parmesan cheese
10. Serve on toasted corn chip.
  • 2 tbs of raisins
 
  • Red pepper
 
  • 2 tbs of ketchup
 
  • ½ tbs of mustard
 
  • 1 tbs of mayonnaise
 
  • ½ Lb. Salami Del Pueblo.
