Pavolami Stuffed Mushrooms

  • Several medium Mushrooms
1. Clean the mushrooms with a dry cloth and remove the center of each. 
  • ½ chopped Onion
2. In a bowl mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon, pepper and salt. 
  • ½ chopped Red Pepper
3. Mix everything very well. Soak the mushrooms in the mixture. 
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, crushed
4. Place the mushrooms in a pan and let them cook. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • 1 tbs of Lemon juice
5. Remove the Pavolami Salami's label and grate it. 
  • a bit of Cilantro
6. Place it in a hot pan with a little bit of olive oil until browned. 
  • 3 tbs of Olive Oil
7. Add green pepper, onion, cilantro and the grated mozzarella. 
  • ½ tsp of Pepper
8. Mix all well and remove from the heat. 
  • ½ tsp of Salt
9. Finally, fill the mushrooms with the mixture of Pavolami Salami and put a little mozzarella cheese on top for an extra touch.
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ lb of Pavolami Salami
10. Serve and enjoy
