Salami Tomato Cucumber Salad
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 2 cucumbers
- 1 onion
- 1 pound salami, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
- sald and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine salami, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions.
- Season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss well.
