Returns and Cancellations.
You can only change or cancel the order when it is in a state of changeable or cancelable. To view the status of your order press the button “My Account” in the Purchase Section and enter the purchase order number, which is the number that appeared on the screen when your order was submitted. Our goal is that you be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our products are made from meat and are regulated under the standards of the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). Therefore, no refunds and changes are allowed once the product has left our possession. Be sure to order the correct product. If you have a problem with your shipment, please contact us by clicking the “Contact Us” button located in the navigation bar of this page. Note that all Internet sales are final.
Check the status of your order online.
Orders with a status of “Processing” can not be canceled. When the status changes from Processing to Posted it means that the order left its distribution plant and goes to the provider’s regional distribution center. It is possible that the tracking number and other information not be available until the shipment reaches the provider’s regional center. International Shipments and P.O. Box
At this momonet we are not doing international shipments. We are in the process of doing so. We do not ship to PO. Box.
Items shipped
The orders are shipped from our plant regularly via FedEx Express Saver within 2-3 business days. If we do not have all items requested in the order we will retain it to send the order in full. If the customer prefer we can send the order with the requested items that we have in stock and then the customer can make another order with the missing items.
Method of payment
We accept most credit cards via Authorize.net. Sorry no C.O.D. or personal checks accepted.
Secure Transactions
Transactions or payments with credit cards and cardholder’s personal data are protected. All order information is encrypted using a digital service that works before submitting the order online. Once your credit card payment has been verified and approved, your information is completely erased and will never be stored on our server. Your personal information used to ship your order will be stored in our secure data base. We will not disclose, sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
