Cibao Meat Christmas Appetizer
Ingredients:
½ Lb. of cream cheese
½ Lb. of cheddar cheese
1 Case of crackers
2 Apples
1 Lb. of dried fruit
1 Lb. of mixed fruits
½ Lb. of Salami Especial Campesino
½ Lb. of Pavolami
½ Lb. of Jamoneta Campesino
3 tablespoons of oil
Preparation:
Cut into small pieces the Salami Especial Campesino, the Jamoneta Campesino, the Pavolami and cheeses. Put a little bit of oil to heat in a pan, then slightly fry the salamis. Slice one of the apples and place the other in the center of a platter. Put around the apple the sliced apple, cheeses, the salamis, and decorate as desired with grapes and other fruit.
